About Bella Fiore

ABOUT BELLA FIORE:
They make Fake Flower Arrangements !

Deanne Trutanich Ragusa, owner and founder of Bella Fiore, graduated from the University of San Francisco and studied at the Academy of Art College. After graduation, she decided to move to Spain for a couple of years, only to land herself back in the beautiful city by the bay with her now husband. She worked for Signature Yacht Catering and Events as a Wedding Sales Coordinator. After working hundreds of high end events and weddings, she decided to move back to her Southern California roots to start her own Floral Design Company in 2005. Deanne, her husband and two sons now live in Long Beach. "I love Long Beach. It reminds me of a mini-San Francisco. Here we have the best of both worlds....beach life and city life! And it makes for a perfect wedding location with sunshine all year around!!"

Bella Fiore started off doing 2-3 weddings a year for family members and friends. Now Bella Fiore averages more than 40 weddings a year! "I have great relationships with all the local wedding venues. I love to keep things local in Long Beach, San Pedro, and Palos Verdes areas. This is where I grew up....it's only natural!" Although, supporting the local businesses is top priority for Deanne, her company has serviced some amazing weddings from San Diego up to Santa Barbara and continues to do so.

Business is blooming! "I intend to expand my business slowly and I am excited to offer my beautiful and unique floral designs in silk arrangements and bouquets. It all began when venues would ask me for arrangements for their display rooms that would last longer than 3-4 days. They didn't want to spend money every week for fresh flowers. I started to make fake arrangements with the same cute designs and it was a BIG hit! People would say....wait is that real or fake?"

Deanne takes pride in the fact that her business is successful from very little marketing and almost all referrals from past brides and local venues and vendors. "I feel the best advertising is through my work and my relationships with people. Each wedding speaks for itself and there is always some young, future bride that wins the centerpiece at the table and remembers how cute it was!"
